Ontario Realty Corporation provides customer-focused real estate services to the Ontario government, including strategic portfolio management, asset management, property and land management and capital projects.

ORC manages one of the largest real estate portfolios in Canada, consisting of approximately 6,400 buildings and structures, and approximately 50 million square feet of space, both owned and leased. The portfolio includes a wide variety of properties ranging from detention centres to office space, courthouses and heritage buildings. ORC also manages 100,000 acres of landbanks and hydro corridor land, part of the Ontario government’s portfolio.
