Ontario Realty Corporation Honoured for Building and Management Excellence
April 23, 2010 – For the third consecutive year, Ontario Realty Corporation (ORC) is proud to be recognized by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) for Building and Management Excellence.
This year, four buildings were recognized with the esteemed The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) award and six Ontario government buildings received Certificates of Building & Management Excellence, recognizing quality in buildings and their management teams. In addition, twelve Ontario Government buildings received BOMA Certification this year, bringing the total number of BOMA Certified buildings in the ORC portfolio to 59.
The 12th Annual BOMA Celebration of Excellence awards dinner took place on Thursday, April 22 at the Liberty Grand Entertainment Complex on Toronto’s waterfront with more than 500 real estate professionals in attendance. Together with emcee Mark Dailey of CityTV, BOMA Chair Randal Frobelius presented the Association’s prestigious awards. Below is a complete listing of ORC’s achievements:
