Lands Adjacent to the Eramosa Karst Environmental Study Report

The Environmental Study Report (ESR) has been completed for the Stoney Creek Lands Adjacent to the Eramosa Karst, Class Environmental Assessment (EA) Category C project.

The Notice of Completion was posted on January 26, 2010 . The ESR and its supporting documentation are available for a 60-calendar day public review period.

If no objections are received in writing by the Minister of the Environment and ORC by the end of the public review period, the Class EA will be deemed approved in accordance with the Environmental Assessment Act, R.S.O. 1990. Please read the Notice of Completion for further details.
