ORC launches online prequalification process

Suppliers can now access and complete the newly released pre-qualification form online at www.biddingo.com/orc. ORC evaluates the submissions and uses the VOR database to invite qualified suppliers to bid on opportunities. ORC's replacement of paper-based forms will assist vendors in gathering and entering their information into a centralized database and it allows the ORC to more easily identify and determine a vendor’s capacity, experience, and competence.
