ORC implements new property and land management services delivery model Oct. 1

ORC implemented its new property and land management services delivery model in the Central and Southwest regions and launched ORC Property Services – the new operations centre – province-wide on October 1, 2009.

ORC has partnered with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), a world-class commercial real estate provider, to deliver these services to the Ontario government’s portfolio of owned and leased properties and land. Transition to the new service delivery model and CBRE will commence on April 1, 2010 in the North and East regions.
