Growth Plan

In support of the Government of Ontario’s vision for building stronger, prosperous communities by better managing growth, the Growth Plan demonstrates leadership for improving ways in which our cities, suburbs, towns and villages will grow over the long-term. The plan guides decisions on a wide range of issues – transportation, infrastructure planning and land-use planning in the interest of promoting economic prosperity. The Ontario Realty Corporation will work with government and transit agencies such as Metrolinx to integrate Growth Plan and MoveOntario 2020 principles into ORC’s accommodation and real estate development programs.
