Strategic Asset Management

• Provide strategic portfolio planning and expert real estate advice and counsel to its Client Ministries to ensure that their real estate needs are met in the most efficient and effective manner.
  
• Enhance current core assets through prudent capital investment planning.
  
• Develop ministry portfolio plans and recommend accommodation strategies to rationalize and optimize ministry portfolio.
  
• Proactively work with Ministries at the program level to plan 20 to 25 years out in the future and develop functional and facility programming for special purpose facilities.
  
• Develop value add real estate solutions for core and non-core assets.
  
• Support government real estate objectives through re-development, retrofit or replacement recommendations.
