Project Services

ORC’s Project Services is accountable for the effective planning and delivery of facility related construction projects across the province on behalf of the Ontario government.

Construction projects are delivered both in support of Ontario Government ministry program needs and in support infrastructure investment, maintenance and renewal across ORC’s managed portfolio. Project Services leverages the private sector for project management, design and construction work and focuses it’s own resources on ministry support, planning, oversight activities. ORC also maintains a small team of project management personnel responsible for the delivery of highly complex and sensitive projects.

In 2008-09, ORC delivered over 2,000 projects with an approximate total value of $350,000,000.
