Due diligence reporting, land use studies, master planning;
Monitors and participates in third party initiatives that impact government lands

Accessibility Planning
Works to enhance the portfolio through the identification, removal and prevention of barriers to access for people with disabilities;
Educates staff and service providers about emerging AODA regulations, policies and responsibilities

Appraisal
Procures independent appraisals, appraisal updates and market rent reports for dispositions, acquisitions and leases

Survey
Provides preliminary title information, mapping (in coordination with Geomatics) and survey plan information to support undertakings

Green Buildings/Sustainability
Directs and coordinates best practice initiatives and technologies into ORC’s portfolio

Property Inventory Information
Responds to internal/external property-related inquiries, manages circulation of surplus property information and the review of Ministry surplus files
