Portfolio Management

ORC's model focuses on asset integrity and strategic asset management by partnering with a single service provider to deliver property and land management services across the province. ORC's service provider CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) is responsible for the management of functions such as facility management, lease administration, small works, energy and utility management and property health, safety, security and environment. This partnership allows ORC to build and access leading edge tools, techniques and processes, provide better portfolio information and enhance the quality and consistency of services offered to its customers.

ORC Property Services

ORC Property Services is a province-wide, centrally-managed operations centre that handles day-to-day facility management issues such as work order requests, facility emergencies and scheduled maintenance for both owned and leased government properties. ORC Property Services offers a bilingual service available to clients and tenants 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To access ORC Property Services, clients and tenants can choose one of the following three options:
