• Spring 2008 - Construction of the  FPL currently underway

• Installation of lower level interceptor (large trunk sewer line) underway as of Winter 2007.

• Realignment and reconstruction of Bayview Avenue and River Street (895 metres of road including underlying surfaces).
• Throughout 2007, work focussed on site deconstruction and soil remediation.
• On June 25, 2007 Federal Environment Minister John Baird, Ontario Minister of Public Infrastructure Renewal David Caplan and Toronto Mayor David Miller launched the start of construction of the flood protection landform (berm) and Don River Park.
