The Environmental Study Report (ESR) has been completed for the Stoney Creek Lands Adjacent to the Eramosa Karst, Class Environmental Assessment (EA) Category C project, in accordance with the Class EA Process for the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure (MEI) for Realty Activities Other Than Electricity Projects. The ESR is based on input from technical studies prepared by a multi-disciplinary team of qualified professionals, public and agency consultation and a technical peer review in cooperation with the Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR).
The Notice of Completion was posted on January 26, 2010. The ESR and its supporting documentation are available for a 60-calendar day public review period.
If no objections are received in writing by the Minister of the Environment and ORC by the end of the public review period, the Class EA will be deemed approved in accordance with the Environmental Assessment Act, R.S.O. 1990. Please read the Notice of Completion for further details.
