Ryan Clayton - Sr. Vice President, Project Services (A)

Ryan Clayton joined ORC in 2008 as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives responsible for the re-procurement of ORC’s property and land management portfolio service provider. In this capacity, Ryan was responsible for the oversight of the design of the procurement process, production of tender and contract documentation, proponent evaluation & selection, negotiation, and execution of a contract.

Prior to joining ORC, Ryan held numerous progressive positions with Brookfield LePage Johnson Controls (BLJC) over a 12 year period, including as account lead for the provision of facility and property management, project management, lease administration, and energy and utility management services to a broad range of clients in the government, health care, high tech, and commercial sectors.

Ryan is responsible for ORC’s business partnership with Infrastructure Ontario, leading a team of professionals responsible for identifying and developing real estate for future Alternate Financing and Procurement (AFP) projects. Ryan is also responsible for the delivery of a capital and repair program deployed through the new Project Management Service Provider (PMSP) delivery model.
