Kathy Bull - Sr. Vice President, Human Resources

Kathy Bull joined the ORC in 2004, with more than 20 years of experience in human resources, including major corporate settings and human resources consulting.

Her executive experience includes 11 years with Oxford Properties Group, one of Canada's largest property owners and managers, where she was Sr.Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to Oxford, Kathy Bull was a senior human resources consultant at Wm. M. Mercer Ltd., and held progressively responsible positions with American Express Canada and Shell Canada.

Kathy is responsible for the HR function at the ORC, which includes recruitment and organizational development, compensation, benefits and pension, training and development, employee relations and legislative compliance. Kathy Bull holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, and is a member of the Strategic Capability Network.
