Greg Dadd - Chief Operating Officer

Greg Dadd was appointed the ORC’s Chief Operating Officer in November 2006, and is responsible for client account teams, all property and land management operations, project management, leasing, strategic asset management, and capital planning.

From January to September 2006, Greg was acting President and Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Realty Corporation. Previously, as Senior Vice-President of Property Management and Client Service, he was responsible for providing real estate advice and services on behalf of the government and supporting customer ministries’ program objectives while making the best use of government accommodation.

Greg Dadd has been the ORC’s Senior Vice-President of Strategic Planning and Policy, responsible for strategic portfolio planning advice and associated policy recommendations to the Ontario Government for the best management of its real estate and accommodation infrastructure. Greg held a number of operational and executive positions in the Ontario Public Service before joining the ORC in 2002 as the Vice-President, Corporate Administration.
