David H. Glass - President & Chief Executive Officer

As President and Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Realty Corporation, Dave Glass leads the crown corporation responsible for strategically managing one of Canada’s largest real estate portfolios. A demonstrated leader, Dave Glass is transforming how the Ontario Realty Corporation manages the Ontario Government’s real estate assets. He has built a strong, collaborative executive team with a clearly-defined roadmap to success. Dave began his career with Johnson Controls Ltd in 1978. He was appointed President and CEO of Brookfield LePage Johnson Controls (BLJC) in 1998, joining the Ontario Realty Corporation in 2006.

Dave Glass believes in partnership, in engaging stakeholders in the process of delivering best-in-class customer service and long-term value. He nurtures the development of high performing teams with a focus on the development of people. Throughout his career in real estate, he has remained a presence in the industry including chairing the National Summit on Real Estate and regular speaking engagements for BOMA, The Real Estate Forum and the Canadian Council for Public and Private Partnerships. Dave is a graduate of the University of Toronto’s mechanical engineering program.

Dave has also devoted ten years as a member of the Corporate Advisory Board for the Hospital for Sick Children Foundation, strengthening their economic base and building a long-term strategic framework for the Foundation.
