As part of the Toronto Accommodation Plan, the 222 Jarvis Street project is the first in a series of initiatives to retrofit and modernize most government buildings located within the City of Toronto. The retrofit of 222 Jarvis Street will be a world-class example of sustainable building redesign, and occupation of this building will significantly reduce the Ontario government’s carbon footprint.
